Lock-In – ‘Get Over It’

One of the South’s most promising upcoming bands, Lock-In share their jangly indie-pop tune ‘Get Over It’

Five-piece Lock-In have had a steady welcoming into the music industry with their first two singles ‘Teenager’ and ‘Rosy Cheels’, which had people gushing over them and the uniqueness of frontman Benjy’s voice, it wasn’t hard to figure out that they will continue to create some great, jangly, indie-pop songs.

‘Get Over It’ is the band’s third single, and it’s a melt-in-your-mouth, caramel-smooth slice of goodness that weeps with simplistic riffs, bouncy beats, and soft guitar licks. Lyrics that anyone can connect with – “Now I’m back on track, living life in the fast lane, but it’s always gonna’ hurt a bit – but I’ll get over it” – makes their new offering is an easy listen.
