More In Luv – ‘Someone Else’

More In Luv may be “Local Celebrities” back in Merseyside, but they’re about to embark on greater territories with the shimmering ‘Someone Else’.

‘Someone Else’ is the latest slice of pop precision by four-piece marvels More In Luv, oozing in shiny synths and glossy hooks. With summer inching closer by the day, ‘Someone Else’ already certifies itself as a “bevvy in the park” style tune – you almost feel like you’re soaking in that 25-degree heat whilst listening.

The 1975 influences on this number are uncanny, albeit that’s what makes ‘Someone Else’ so addictive. Written about witnessing someone close to you changing for the worse, the track coats away those dark feelings with a blanket of euphoric pop rhythms.

There’s not much information out there about the indie-pop lads yet, just that ‘Someone Else’ follows their autumn release of the ‘Local Celebrities’ EP. Having only debuted last summer with the track ‘Maybe All I Wanted’, it’s fair to say many eyes are firmly peeled to see what they’ll cook up next.
