Kicking off 2021 in the best way possible is alt-pop artist Natalie McCool and her latest single ‘A Sun Going Down’.
The track sees Natalie’s rich and vibrant sound that previously impressed the likes of BBC Radio 1, 6 Music and Amazing Radio to name but a few shine through.
McCool’s daring and effortless vocals are layered over sweeping synths and oscillating production. When speaking about this newest single she said: “Written and recorded just before lockdown, this song was written at a very tumultuous time for me personally and like the rest of 2020 proved, professionally too.”
Since releasing her debut album in 2016, bigger and better things have come to McCool. She gained media support from The Sunday Times, Q and The Line of Best Fit following the album’s release and since, she has been featured in the soundtrack for BBC/HBO collaborative drama starring Jude Law and Naomi Harris singing a cover of ‘Wondrous Place’ by fellow Liverpudlian and legend, Billy Fury.
Also on McCool’s agenda is a string of live dates later in the year… dependent on restrictions, of course.
