The Vitrines – ‘Something New’

With heavy riffs, raw vocals, and silky melodies, The Vitrines release ‘Something New’

Southampton-duo The Vitrines present their new offering ‘Something New’ via Wipe Out Music. Since forming, the band of two have been tipped as one of this year’s ones-to-watch as well as gaining an incredible amount of support from new music champions, This Feeling. Gaining critical radio plays from Radio 6 and Radio X, the lads are ready to take over the industry, one song at a time.

‘Something New’ seeps with heavy riffs, raw vocals, and silky melodies – the haunting licks of a bass guitar are present and adds extra grit. This track is a revelation for the band as they batter down the hatches and explore different themes; looking at change and moving away from their hometown with passionate soaked lyrics “I gave myself to the city, I got nothing back” they seek for success, and they’ll get it.
